
As each item is bespoke, made for you to your dimensions and specifications, therefore, placing your order is a binding commitment and once manufacture has begun, a cancellation will not be possible.
You can cancel the order only before is has started manufacturing, after that cancellations without a charge are not possible. We strongly urge you to check your order details carefully in the order confirmation email.
Once you have ordered your items the following process occurs:
No changes can be made after manufacturing has begun. We strongly urge you to check your order details carefully in the order confirmation email, as after the 48 hour period no changes can be made.
The 14-day return regulations do not apply to bespoke made-to-order goods.
Any damage or fault must be declared within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. When delivery is made an important information leaflet will accompany the delivery explaining what and how to check your delivery.
Only damage or faulty bespoke made-to-order items are eligible to return and refund, if is not possible to replace or repair.
Bespoke items which are incorrect as a result of incorrect information you entered when making your order cannot be returned. We manufacture exactly what you specified when you made the order. Please check the order confirmation emails carefully.
Bespoke items that are defective due to manufacturing faults will be refunded within 14 days, if no repair or replacement is possible.
