Windows Trade Plus choice of aluminium items brings with it a virtually limitless range of colours, not only single colour but the dual colour option, to the point you could have black on the outside and pink on the inside of your door.
Shades of grey aluminium doors are still the most popular colour. The trending colours currently are black in residential, and in the commercial sector, steel blue. There are multiple options for the amounts of leaves available, and the configuration in which they open. The main point to note is that if you have an even amount of leaves all folding one way that there will be no main door handle, as there is no independently hinging lead door door. These can be hard to use, and from outside there is no handle. We always recommend that you have an odd number of leaves if possible to have a independently hinging lead door door. If this is not possible then we would recommend that you split the bifold so one pane opens in the other direction. For example if you have a 4 pane bifold, have 3 fold one way and a independently hinging lead door door that opens the other way. Windows Trade Plus designer does explain the options available as you design and shows if a independently hinging lead door door is included in the design selected.

This is one of the best and well known within the industry. The decorative hardware and attention to the finer details such as colour matching throughout the Fab & Fix range, with a style and finish that is vital for creating a unified aesthetic. This gives an impressive selection of a quality feel with style to match. Sometimes trickle vents are required and can make a difference to the aesthetics of a Bi-folding door. For this reason, Windows Trade Plus uses trickle vents manufactured by RW Simon. These have a softer line and are colour coded, to the closest possible match, to your Bi-folding door. Thresholds on bifold doors cannot be supplied as disabled as these are not recommended for water tightness.

Windows Trade Plus will only supply recognise household names and believe the choice of glass is as important as the door frame. Safety glass either toughened or laminated is standard within all doors manufactured by Windows Trade Plus. If you are unsure please see the technical safety glass information.
Windows Trade Plus offer a wide range of decorative options ranging from square lead to face mounted astragal bar in the glass decorative options. Unfortunately, this option is not available in the designer, however, if you would like to order this, please contact us.
