To enable us to assist in the most effective manner, we require your name and contact details. This data will not be shared with any 3rd parties. This data will only be used by relevant teams at Windows Trade Plus.

Your live chat transcript will be stored on a secure server for up to 2 years, unless you ask for any communication to be destroyed. Communications are retained for training and reporting purposes only; if used in this way, all information is anonymised.
